Peter Ianos Joins The Agency as Head of Operations for Our Core Services Division

The Agency is proud to announce the arrival of Peter Ianos, who has joined our firm as Head of Operations, Core Services.  With over 20 years of experience in real estate franchise operations, brokerage services, and strategic growth, Ianos most recently served as Chief Experience Officer at Engel & Völkers Americas, where he led company-wide initiatives focused on recruiting, retention, professional development, and brokerage services. His arrival at The Agency is making headlines around the industry, and was featured in Inman and HousingWire.

Prior to joining The Agency, Ianos held several key leadership positions at Engel & Völkers Americas, including Senior Vice President of Expansion and Brokerage Services, where he played a pivotal role in growing the brand’s footprint across North America. His deep knowledge of brokerage operations, agent support, and real estate services has made him a trusted leader in the industry, and his work has been recognized by major media outlets for its impact on the real estate sector.  

As The Agency expands globally, its Core Services division plays a key role in enhancing value and customer experience. Through strategic partnerships, The Agency is redefining the brokerage model with a focus on disruption and a people-first approach. The Agency’s core real estate services division delivers high-quality, boutique-style service through partnerships with industry leaders. Since 2022, it has expanded to include relocation, escrow, mortgages, insurance, and more, enhancing transaction efficiency with a tech-forward approach. In Q4 2024, The Agency launched Aclara Lending , a national mortgage company in partnership with  Barrett Financial Group , and EastWest Abstract, with  Langdon Title . The brokerage plans to continue expanding its services locally and internationally in 2025.
